Neth. Trip Photos

Not all my pics turned out, so I had to adjust the contrast and stuff on the computer. I apologize that a few seem to be in black-and-white, but I assure you that I took them all on the same roll of color film. The pics from the bike tour are on the next pic-page.

Hard Rock Cafe, A'dam

As seen from a canal (back)

I like referring to this as A'dam mountain-climbing, because the stairs are really steep, and we were on the fourth floor. I can't imagine carrying breakfast trays!

Anne Frank Huis (house). I was surprised how long the line is at the entrance. The museum itself takes up 4-5 buildings, including the original offices and hideout.

Grotekerk, outside.

A huge, beautiful church in the marketplace of Haarlem.

Grotekerk, inside.

Grotekerk's cemetery, the floor inside the church. This "headstone" is marked:

Pieter Teyler Van Der Hulst 1704-1778

The outside entrance to the watch shop of the Corrie Ten Boom House & Museum.

The alley next to the house and watch shop.

The only original item in the whole house/museum is the sun-clock in the upper left corner of my pic.

Two pics of the church/cathedral across the street from the Gooiland Hotel in Hilversum. I took them from different angles at sunset.
